Table locations will be designated according to participant requirements, facility resources and other events in the building.

Please note that there are a limited number of electrical outlets in the lobbies, and they will be shared. We will try to match people up with electricity as much as possible. You will need to bring any power bars or extension cords if you require electricity.

We can provide one table and one or two chairs. Please bring a black table covering.

Vendors who meet our requirements will be selected on a first-come, first-served basis. We are looking for a variety of vendors offering unique items created by you. Painting, photography, ceramics, various crafts, books (author/illustrator), graphic design, fashion accessories and clothing, etc. We’ll also need coffee, and a few vendors with interesting, packaged food ideas. If your creative hand was involved, we want to work with you. No agents, dealers, or resellers, please. We appreciate the time and consideration you have given by applying to join us in this event, but we will not be able to accept all submissions.

Proposals will be accepted until all table locations have been filled, or September 30, 2024, whichever comes first. A waiting list will be kept in case of cancellations.

The participation fee will be payable by E-Transfer upon acceptance to the event. In case of cancellation before November 1, this fee may be returned, minus a $50.00 administration fee. After November 1, there will be no refunds for cancellations.
